When am I charged?

Immediately when you subscribe, and then automatically at the start of each new period (every month on the monthly plan, every year on the annual plan) until you cancel.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. You keep access until then and you aren't charged again.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within a limited window. Monthly memberships are refundable within 7 days of your first charge. Annual memberships are refundable within 30 days of your first charge. After that window, payments are final. Renewal charges are not refundable: cancelling stops future renewals, it does not refund the period you're currently in.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Nothing except the price and the billing cycle. Both plans include identical access to every system. Annual works out to $41.67/month and saves you $100 over a year.

Who is GF Terminal built for?

Self-directed retail traders and investors who do their own research: people who read filings, track insider activity and analyst coverage, and want to see market-moving events as they happen rather than after they're explained. It assumes you know what you're looking for and want to find it faster.

How is it different from Bloomberg or TradingView?

Bloomberg has institutional breadth we don't try to match, and TradingView's charting is better than ours. GF Terminal is built for a narrower job: event-driven research (filings, insider activity, analyst ratings, and a live event tape) in one workspace, at a price a retail trader can actually justify.

Is this a signal service or a research terminal?

A research terminal. Signal systems like UOA and Market Posture run inside it, but they're inputs to your own research, not trade calls to follow. Nothing here is financial advice, and no system is a substitute for your own decision.
