By accessing or using Gated Financials ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gated Financials ("we," "us," or "our"), operated as an individual business in California.

2. Description of Service

Gated Financials provides a subscription-based platform that delivers options flow and unusual options activity (UOA) signal alerts. The Service is accessible via gatedfinancials.com and is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

THE CONTENT PROVIDED BY GATED FINANCIALS, INCLUDING ALL SIGNALS, ALERTS, ANALYSIS, AND COMMENTARY, IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

All trading and investment decisions are made solely at your own risk. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. Options trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Gated Financials is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription at $50.00 USD per month ("Member" tier). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated charges for partial subscription periods, unused time, or any reason whatsoever. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GATED FINANCIALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gated Financials from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or any trading decisions made based on content from the platform.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
